1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using reply.link (the "Service") provided by [상호] (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members.
2. Definitions
- "Member" means a person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
- "Link page" means a public web page a member creates and shares, for example on an Instagram profile.
- "Auto DM" means sending messages from the member's Instagram account when conditions the member sets are met, such as a keyword in a post comment.
- "Paid service" means any part of the Service that requires payment.
3. Posting and changes
The Company posts these terms in the Service and may change them within the limits of the law, announcing the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavourable to members).
Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the change. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
4. Sign-up
- You sign up by entering an email and password and agreeing to these terms and the collection and use of personal information.
- You must be 14 or older.
- Accounts created with someone else's details or false information may be restricted or terminated.
5. The Service
- Creating and publishing link pages, with visit and click statistics
- Auto DMs, public comment replies and follow-gated links triggered by Instagram comments and DMs
- Managing monetized links such as group buys, Coupang Partners and Naver Smart Store
- Other services the Company develops or offers with partners
6. Instagram and Meta
- Auto DMs run on Meta's official APIs and follow Meta's policies and limits (send limits, the 24-hour messaging window, sending within 7 days of a comment, and so on).
- Features may be limited or stop because of Meta policy changes, outages or account restrictions; this is not the Company's fault.
- Only connect Instagram business or creator accounts you are authorized to manage.
7. Paid services, payment and refunds
- Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the paid period ends.
- You can get a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the paid features. Other refunds follow the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Company's refund policy.
- The Company may offer promotions such as discounts or free trials under the conditions stated for each.
8. Member obligations
Members must not:
- Send spam or bulk messages recipients did not ask for
- Advertise falsely or promote illegal goods or services
- Use affiliate links (such as Coupang Partners) without the sponsorship disclosure required by Korean advertising law and Fair Trade Commission guidelines
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, personal information or other rights
- Disrupt the Service or bypass its security
9. Changes to and suspension of the Service
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice, or afterwards if an urgent outage or an external provider such as Meta makes notice impossible.
10. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from the Account page; your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.
- The Company may restrict or terminate accounts that breach section 8.
11. Limitation of liability
- The Company is not liable for losses caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters or outages at external providers (Meta, payment processors, hosting).
- Members are responsible for the goods and information they offer to others through link pages and auto DMs.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
